Paul Hartley:
I have had a very varied career to date, working as film projectionist/techncian for EMI and the BBC, as media speacialist for the Media Resource Centre University of Natal, the South African Clothing and Textile Workers Union and SACHED an education and development ngo in South Africa. On returning from South Africa in 1995 I completed an MSc in Organisation Development and went on to work for the Probation Service in Offending Behaviour Programmes and then for charities working in alcohol and drug addiction recovery.
Until recently I was working as Recovery Worker and Group Facilitator for Turning Point in Oxfordshire.
In addition to the MSc I have a BA (Hons) degree, 1st Class in Communication Studies from Coventry Polytechnic and a Certificate (Prince II) and Diploma in Project Management.
